After Tumblr, Yahoo! drill Hulu - After the successful acquisition of Tumblr, Yahoo reportedly re-create a buzz for the acquisition of the other famous sites.

Some time ago, Yahoo! reportedly managed to acquire microblogging site Tumblr of $ 1.1 million. Like do not want to linger for a silent, Yahoo! also reportedly is negotiating to acquire Hulu.

As quoted from the Huffington Post, Hulu is a website as well as websites that offer services over-the-top (OTT), which is controlled by 3 major companies that Walt Disney Co., News Corp. and Comcast's NBCUniversal.

Since March 2013 last month, the shareholders are looking for buyers to be able to continue operations Hulu. From the opening of 'auction' Hulu, Yahoo! is one of the companies who want to buy Hulu.

Yahoo! desire for the acquisition of the website is quite reasonable because in the last month, Yahoo! is not successful in acquiring sites like YouTube namely DailyMotion, because the French government says does not want to sell it to a company led by a beautiful woman named Marissa Mayer's.

Additionally, Hulu showed a fairly good income. In the last year, according to the writing on the Reuters (24/05), Hulu managed to get a profit of approximately USD 700 million in 2012.

However, it is certainly not easy for Yahoo! to acquire Hulu, because there are already several other major companies are also interested in buying this one site, such as The Chernin Group, Time Warner Cable Inc., William Morris Endeavor, DIRECTV, KKR, and the Guggenheim digital.

If Yahoo! successfully get Hulu, the rivalry with Google will be intense. As we all know, Google has almost everything and Yahoo! still left to be able to compete with the giant one.
