The South Korean government yesterday announced a cooperation agreement with the government to develop a network of the European continent internet at speeds far in excess of 4G.

The fifth generation of wireless network technology, known as 5G ready discussed by the South Korean government and the European Union to issue a regulation on a global scale 5G network capabilities.

The regulation will set the standard Internet-based communication technologies within the scope of the 5G networks and ICT services for cloud storage media like Apple's iCloud.

AndroidCentral (16/6) expressed when joining the European Union in the 5G network research intends to increase the participation in the making of the latest technology in the world that has long been abandoned by the government since the birth of Blue Continent GSM in the 90s in Finland.

The European Union also has to disburse nearly USD 1 trillion for development of 5G networks. This would be good news for the company's technology is also incorporated in the 5G project such as Samsung and LG.

The European Union chose South Korea because the country is viewed as the state Ginseng with most technology companies urging a 5G network usage. South Korea became the first country to use the 4G network technology LTE-A.

Even some South Korean operators such as KT, KS Telecom, and LG Uplus willing to sacrifice USD 1.57 billion for network investment 5G 7 years. With billions of dollars of investment, the third operator is hoping to be the first to provide Internet network services with a maximum speed of 10 Gbps.
